Maggie Rosche
Maggie is a retired Public Health Social Worker, originally from Buffalo, New York where she attended Canisius College (BA) and SUNY Buffalo (MSW, DSW). She moved to Melbourne, FL as a snowbird in 1994 after life-altering person and familial illnesses. She has resided in Melbourne full time since 1998.
She has been a Chaplain with Health First Hospitals since 2006 and a Spiritual Director offering both individual and group direction since 2009. Her Spiritual Direction training was with Audire in Orlando, Florida where she also serves as a student supervisor. She is overjoyed that Unity has taken up Spiritual Direction as part of its evolving continuing education menu and she serves as a student mentor there as well.
She has been a Licensed Unity Teacher (LUT) since 2010 with Unity of Melbourne where she has also served as board member, chaplain, and platform assistant. She now creates and facilitates Group Direction, classes, and contemplative worship experiences there. She loves crafting multimedia worship and learning experiences, and expanding the God-box.
Maggie finds that her Licensed Teacher, Spiritual Direction and Chaplain ministries are spiritual practices which ground, center and balance her, allowing her to serve, stretch, and grow. She refreshes with family and friends, reading and writing poetry, storms, sunsets, theme parks, Crème Brule, drama, movies, massage, reading sci-fi and the occasional trashy novel.
Paulette Mason
Paulette found Unity at Unity of Melbourne in 2004. During her time with Unity of Melbourne she has served as a Prayer Chaplain and in a variety of other volunteer positions. She also served as Church Administrator from 2007- 2013. She became a Licensed Unity Teacher on December 12, 2011 and loves to facilitate and encourage others to discover how Unity teachings can make a difference in their lives.
Randy Fillmore
Growing up in Unity, the teachings were embedded within Randy Fillmore from a very early age. While considering his “retirement plan” after 40+ years of government service, he began his formal Unity studies and in 2021 become credentialed as a Licensed Unity Teacher, focusing on Administration. Combining his skills as a teacher, dynamic speaker, and bookworm, Randy works to engage Unity’s principles in a practical application, making them relevant in everyday life. When not working, Randy enjoys international travel with his wife, Barbara, and building labyrinths.
