The Unity of Melbourne Board of Trustees invites our members and congregants to a facilitated discussion as we take into prayer to “Discover Our Why”. Led by Rev Kelly Isola, a Unity-credentialed minister and organizational development consultant, she will lead those participating in the unfolding magnificence that will become Unity of Melbourne.
Fear not, this will not be a 5-hour Zoom call. We will meet between 10am and 12-noon, take an hour (lunch) break, then return at 1pm and conclude at 3pm.

Question: How do I participate?
Answer: Click on the meeting link then select “Open Zoom Meetings”, on Saturday, March 6th. The link to the Zoom meeting will be published several days before the meeting.
Question: Why are we doing this, and why are we asking to devote a Saturday to this process?
Answer: First, we link hanging out with our spiritual family. Secondly, your Board believes this is important. Rather than rushing to fill our minister vacancy, the Board is deliberately and intentionally honoring a process of discernment to tap into our wisest and deepest selves to get clear on our individual and collective “WHY”. Why Unity of Melbourne? Why, indeed.

Answer: Rev Kelly Isola, a Unity-ordained minister who specializes in working with congregations in transition.

Answer: Your participation. No preparation is necessary; just show up with an open heart and a willing spirit.
